问题现象：

This application failed to start because no Qt platform plugin could be initialized.Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

Available platform plugins are: minimal,offscreen,webgl,windows.

解决方法：

点击：设置环境变量，编辑变量

变量名为：QT_QPA_PLATFORM_PLUGIN_PATH

值修改为：C:\Program Files (x86)\Yinxiang Biji\印象笔记\platforms

关键一步：需要找到PyCharm项目的Python环境包，并将plugins目录下的platform目录，拷贝到印象笔记exe统计目录，再改名！！！！（吐槽下印象笔记的菜鸟程序员，你的屁股让用户去擦，什么玩儿？）
